We have built the operational platform for superyachts: planned maintenance, documentation, compliance and operations in one system, connecting crew on board with teams ashore, from new build through refit. SUPER. is developed by dintegra GmbH in Hamburg. Our platform runs on some of the largest and most complex yachts in the world. We are a small, senior team with real revenue, live and strong enterprise references and customer base and a clear roadmap. You will join our Sales Team and work directly with the Commercial Lead and the CEO on sales.
Your goal is simple to state and demanding to deliver: Grow revenue. Not from one angle, but across all of them:
New fleet and vessel accounts. Build and run your own pipeline of yachts, management companies, owners' teams and captains across Europe. Discovery calls, demos, trials, proposals, closing.
Account Growth & Expansion. Grow existing accounts from a single vessel to the fleet, and from one module to the full platform.
New Build & Refit Projects: Position SUPER. early in projects at shipyards and with owners' representatives, where the operational software system decision is made years before delivery.
Partnerships and Channel: Develop relationships with management companies, consultancies and suppliers who can bring SUPER. into their fleets and projects.
Industry Presence: Represent SUPER. at the shows and events that matter (METSTRADE, Monaco, Palma and similar) and turn presence into pipeline.
You will own numbers, not activity. We measure pipeline created, deals closed and net revenue retained.
You know yachting from the inside. You have worked on board (deck or engineering), at a yacht management company, or in a commercial role selling software or services into yachts. You can hold a credible conversation with a chief engineer about planned maintenance and with a fleet manager about compliance.
You have sold, or you are ready to prove you can. A track record in B2B sales is ideal. A crew-to-shore background with clear commercial instinct is equally interesting to us. What matters is that you can run a structured sales process and close.
You are based in Europe and comfortable travelling to the Mediterranean hubs and key shows. Hamburg-based, or willing to spend regular time with us in Hamburg, is a strong plus.

You execute within a proven process. We have developed a sales process that works in this market, and we provide the tools, training and market expertise behind it. You own your pipeline end to end and are expected to execute with discipline: CRM kept current, proposals out on time, follow-ups that happen.
